Right now the team is looking for a talented backend developer for the game development team.

Tasks:
  • Develop features and improvements to the game, the platform, and the data pipeline in a secure, well-tested, and performant way
  • Collaborate with the product management team and other stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Craft code that meets the team's internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment, maintain and advocate for these standards through code review
  • Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
  • Recognize impediments to efficiency as a team and propose and implement solutions
  • Ship features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members
Must-have:
  • Excellent coding skills, clear understanding of design patterns and various programming paradigms
  • 3+ years of experience in backend development using Typescript/Node or Java
  • Experience in cloud development, preferably AWS
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution
