Description
We’re looking for a product-focused full-stack engineer to help design, build, and scale new features that directly impact customer growth and success. This role combines strong engineering execution with product thinking — you’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and growth teams to deliver high-quality experiences that move the business forward.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and ship new product features across frontend and backend (Rails + React).
- Collaborate with product and design to shape user experiences and make scope tradeoffs.
- Instrument user behavior and iterate quickly based on analytics and customer feedback.
- Partner with growth and business teams to improve activation, retention, and conversion.
- Balance technical execution with product priorities to deliver results efficiently.
- Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to technical decision-making.
You’re a Fit If You
- Are a full-stack engineer with strong Rails + React experience.
- Have experience working closely with product and design teams.
- Are motivated by solving customer problems and improving business outcomes.
