Description
Tasks:
- Have become an integral part of the product team
- Take on technical leadership of the team
- Contribute to your team’s strategy and help set a long term roadmap. You will also help define, plan, and drive projects from start to finish within your team.
- Collaborate with engineers in your team to break down large programmes into deliverable projects
- Support, mentor, and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback.
- Participate in hiring and on-boarding of engineers
- Be working with stakeholders and peers from Devex as a whole
Must-have skills:
- EU work authorization and ability to work from the Barcelona office
- Strong skills in written and spoken English
- Experience in leading a team of software engineers
