Product Owner

  • In your first 3 months:
    • Define product priorities for Devex’s News Division
    • Translate stakeholder and user input into context and feedback for the team
    • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
    • Manage and prioritize the product feature backlog
    • Follow the sprint progress and coordinate the resolution of production issues
    • Communicate product updates to the rest of the company
  • In your first year:
    • Plan releases and upgrades for product features
    • Create vision and direction for your scrum team and stakeholders
    • Define the high-level roadmap and sprint priorities for your scrum team
    • Keep track of industry trends and integrate them into the Product Team’s vision
    • Continuously improve your scrum team’s agile workflow
Must-have skills:
  • 2 years of experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment
  • Strong skills in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment
  • EU work authorization
Nice-to-have skills:
  • Experience in international development, job boards or media organizations
  • Flexible work hours and work from home (100% remote)
  • Office in Barcelona in case you want to work from there
