Lead C++ Developer

Right now the team is looking for a Lead Developer to join their gameplay team.

Tasks:
  • Coordinate the development team to ensure maximum throughput and quality, creating and detailing tasks in an agile workflow, discussing and negotiating with clients (other dept leads), deciding deadlines to follow the release schedule
  • Designing technical solutions that both leverage the talents in the team (both SE and other departments) and delegating this work to the team in an efficient way
Must-have:
  • 5+  years of professional programming experience (strong knowledge of C++)
  • Solid software design skills
  • Team leading experience
  • Good knowledge of OO programming, design patterns, and software design in general
  • Excellent English on the technical writing level
Nice-to-have:
  • 3D programming experience on Mobile Devices and Consoles
  • Experience in any of the following: 3D graphics engine algorithms (3D math skills), Swift and/or Objective C, Online/networks, AI, Scripting languages (Lua, Python), POSIX systems, and code review
  • Ideally has experience in the gaming industry
  • Interest in video games and a solid understanding of its culture
