Description
Tasks:
- Developer Support: Help bioinformatics developers in troubleshooting issues they encounter and provide solutions
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from users and developers to identify areas for improvement in the SDK and work with the engineering team to implement them
- Documentation Resources: Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation, tutorials, and examples that showcase the capabilities of Platforma SDK
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the bioinformatics developer community to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with guidance on using our SDK effectively
- Workshops: Participate webinars, workshops, and presentations to educate and inspire developers about the possibilities of our platform
- Advocacy: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders in the bioinformatics community
Must-have:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Excellent knowledge of Typescript plus at least one more programming language
- Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of front-end development, SDKs and API integrations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation and educational content
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with bioinformatics or a willingness to learn about the domain
- Experience in community engagement, developer advocacy, or technical evangelism
