Tasks:
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and business goals. Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation
  • Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases
  • Engage with customers, developers, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Use this input to inform product decisions and ensure a customer-centric approach to product development
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across departments
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future product decisions. Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user experience
Must-have:
  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of leading successful product teams and delivering innovative products
  • Hands-on experience in software development
  • Proven experience with developer platforms, software development kits (SDKs), or similar products
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Understanding of bioinformatics, computational biology, or related fields is a bonus
