Description
Tasks:
- Test and validate new developments
- Deploy in production and other validation environments
- Automate operations tasks (installation, monitoring, etc.)
- Respond to emergencies and take part in a L3 guard duty service
- Debug software issues in lab environments
- Monitor service availability and performance
- Take proactive and reactive maintenance actions
Must-have:
- Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field
- Technical knowledge of telecommunication protocols; voice and mobile core networks (VoIP, SIP, SS7, LTE, GTP, etc.)
- Knowledge in programming language (Java, C) and scripting
- Hands-on experience in Linux OS environments
- Notions of computer networks and protocols
- Analytical thinking, ability to solve problems, strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-have:
- Acquaintance with DevOps concepts and tools (CI/CD, Gitlab, Ansible, containers, etc.) is an asset
