Tasks:
  • Test and validate new developments
  • Deploy in production and other validation environments
  • Automate operations tasks (installation, monitoring, etc.)
  • Respond to emergencies and take part in a L3 guard duty service
  • Debug software issues in lab environments 
  • Monitor service availability and performance
  • Take proactive and reactive maintenance actions
Must-have:
  • Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field
  • Technical knowledge of telecommunication protocols; voice and mobile core networks (VoIP, SIP, SS7, LTE, GTP, etc.)
  • Knowledge in programming language (Java, C) and scripting
  • Hands-on experience in Linux OS environments
  • Notions of computer networks and protocols
  • Analytical thinking, ability to solve problems, strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-have:
  •  Acquaintance with DevOps concepts and tools (CI/CD, Gitlab, Ansible, containers, etc.) is an asset
