Now they are looking for a .NET Team Lead to take an active role in driving the delivery of the team, and also participating as a developer in designing and developing next-generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.
Tasks:
Tasks:
- People management, mentoring and coaching developers, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1’s
- Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements
- Software development according to modern best practices and principles
- Taking part in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review
Must-have:
- Experience in software development for more than 5 years
- Experience in managing teams of software engineers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Agile mindset, business goals orientation
- Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
