Description
The end client is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join their Software Engineering team in Sweden. The role involves supporting quality assurance and testing at the Nordic level. Initially focused on manual testing, the position offers growth potential in various directions, including test automation, test leadership, and quality assurance management. The ideal candidate will have experience in test or QA engineering roles, specifically with web and mobile app solutions. Proficiency in quality assurance, testing terminologies, the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile frameworks, and project management processes is essential. A high-level understanding of software architecture trends and technology landscapes for mobile and web applications is expected. Familiarity with software building and delivery, typical code-collaboration tools, and the ability to work with cross-functional development teams is also required.
