Description
The end client is looking for a passionate individual to take on the dual role of a Ruby on Rails Developer and Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficiency and progress, identifying and eliminating impediments, supporting the product owner with prioritizing and improving the backlog, and coaching the team to promote self-organization and Scrum values. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will develop and maintain applications with a focus on Ruby on Rails and Vue, participate in code reviews, share technical expertise for continuous knowledge development, and offer innovative problem-solving and technical leadership within your areas of expertise.
