UX Designer

Time Doctor is a time tracking and productivity software for remote teams. Their goal with the software is to help individuals and organizations to be more productive when working remotely. With their help teams can improve the speed and effectiveness of communication in organizations, clearly organize, communicate and delegate their daily tasks, reduce time spent on email, and other non-work related distractions, ensure employees use their time effectively, and reduce time spent on everyday tasks, including commonly generated reports.
Right now the team is looking for an experienced and talented UX designer to help them validate solutions to customer problems, and discover features that would please customers or be a competitive advantage.

Tasks:
  • User Research: plan and develop a customer testing infrastructure, conduct user interviews, user testing, analyze testing sessions, propose solutions, and collaborate with developers
  • UX Benchmarking: conduct competitors’ UX benchmarking for specific features or the whole product, create reports, propose solutions
  • UX Explorations & UI Design: design and validate solutions for customers, design UI or wireframes, create interactive prototypes and test solutions
  • User-Centered Design Process: follow the process and stay updated with new techniques
  • Work closely with our product managers and other design specialists
  • Report directly to Time Doctor’s Head of Design
Must-have:
  • 3+ years experience in roles of UX Designer, User Researcher, and similar
  • Experience in using user testing tools and conducting user testing and user interviews
  • Experience with Figma to create wireframes, UI mockups and prototypes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on usability, and a creative mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience in working within a team (teamwork is very important to us)
  • Agree to use our time-tracking software while at work
