• “The process was fine, and the people I met are great. But.. I got the message that the company I applied to, was willing to give me an offer. We discussed compensation prior to the interviews, so there could be no surprises. After the final round everyone was satisfied, we were about to come to an agreement, however in the end I got a message that they will not continue with my offer (without any explanation). I am still not sure what went wrong, and I wonder why it could not be clarified at the beginning of the process, as the interview rounds went totally fine.“
