Description
Tasks:
- Design, build, and scale high-performance distributed systems and microservices.
- Contribute across the stack: backend, frontend, and system architecture.
- Develop robust, efficient solutions with a focus on availability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape technical direction and culture.
Must-have:
- Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Proven experience with both backend and frontend technologies.
- Expertise in large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-have:
- Proficiency in Java.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Flink).
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Strong background in compilers and operating system concepts.
- Experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
