At the moment the company is looking for an Engineering Manager/Tech Lead to join the team developing global marketplace for travel experience:
Tasks:

- Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as required
- Write high-quality integration code with third-party APIs and services, following the latest design and development patterns;
- Design and develop individual modules and functional parts to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Research, design, scope, and estimate project requirements, ensuring the team meets agreed deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues
- Review code and accept pull requests from other developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the team's productivity and efficiency
- Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure it reflects the current state of integration architecture and design
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and tools, and apply them to improve our services
Must-have:
- Experience in project management/team leadership 2+years
- Good knowledge of Golang 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of database (preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Previous experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with modern design, development, and testing methodologies
- Ability to design, implement, and build microservices
- Fluent Russian
- English language on B2+ level
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of gRPC
- Ability to make a decomposition and adequate assessment of the task, to meet agreed deadlines
