Combined with shopping data being directly delivered to their backend systems with access to shopping catalogues containing both the structured attributes and unstructured product descriptions, they have a wealth of data with immense opportunity to extract valuable insights and improve search accuracy.
Our client is now poised for solid growth and looking to strengthen its team globally and right now is looking for a Conversational AI and Chatbot Engineer.

Must-have skills:
  • MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Maths with 3+ years of professional experience building conversational AI and Chatbot systems
  • Experience with deep learning techniques in solving NLP problems for conversational assistants including language modelling, intent classification and entity recognition
  • Expertise in some of the key AI/Chatbot platforms (e.g DialogFlow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Amazon Lex)
  • Experience with Modern NLP libraries such as spaCy, CoreNLP, NLTK, GATE
  • Experience with cleaning, processing and annotating data for training NLP models
  • Experience in fact extraction, question answering, semantic parsing and natural language generation
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English 
Nice-to-have skills:
  • Experience building Alexa skills to integrate existing business applications
  • Experience with Linux, git, Docker
  • Experience with Neo4J or Grakn
  • Experience of working with Solr, Elasticsearch or similar search technology
