Description
Now Transformative is looking for a Lead Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer to become a part of the team in the journey to deliver AI-powered patient monitoring products and help save hundreds of thousands of lives tragically cut short due to cardiac arrests every year. You will be building with a passion for intuitive product and solving problems to support the engineering team in developing and deploying a research-led application.

- Lead and contribute to the architecture and implementation of our distributed front-end services
- Develop and contribute to product features, from inception to deployment
- Design for and continuously improving the scalability and performance of our services
- Contribute to the TAI development roadmap
Must-have:
- Solid experience with Vue.js, React.js
- Experience with JVM language (Java/Kotlin/Scala)
- Experience with algorithms and data structures
- Experience in a Lead or Management role and being able to mentor a team and allocate/prioritize tasks to ensure delivery targets are met
- Past experience in building and working with distributed architectures, strong familiarity with at least one of the 3 major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and toolsets (Sagemaker, …)
- Demonstrated experience in implementing scalable, production-grade cloud deployments
- You deeply care about the end-user who will be working with your creation and want their experience to be free from papercuts
- You care about clean code and interfaces and have a track record of delivering efficient, sustainable, and maintainable code as part of a team
Nice-to-have:
- TypeScript
- Extensive experience with advanced testing techniques such as mocking/stubbing
- Previous experience with automating browsers (e.g., Chrome DevTools Protocol)
