Engineering Manager

Right now the team is looking for an Engineering Manager who would lead the delivery team towards success.

Tasks:
  • Guiding the team, overseeing the delivery processes to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Take part in sprint planning, managing the backlog and the features’ scope and delivery, taking ownership of the processes, and collaborating with the Product Owner
  • Acting as a middle manager between the clients and the delivery team
Must-have:
  • 5+ years of experience & technical background
  • Leadership skills, and ideally previous leadership experience
  • Proven track record in building high-quality products, customer-oriented mindset
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with containers
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud solutions
