Right now the team is looking for an Engineering Manager who would lead the delivery team towards success.
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Guiding the team, overseeing the delivery processes to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Take part in sprint planning, managing the backlog and the features’ scope and delivery, taking ownership of the processes, and collaborating with the Product Owner
- Acting as a middle manager between the clients and the delivery team
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience & technical background
- Leadership skills, and ideally previous leadership experience
- Proven track record in building high-quality products, customer-oriented mindset
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with containers
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud solutions
