Tasks:
Sales:
  • Ensure steady growth of the team with a well-balanced mix of personalities and technical abilities
  • Ensure that all assigned team members have a solid understanding of client business objectives and the plans in place to attain those objectives
  • Develop and execute the development of account management and sales strategy
  • Identify, engage, and bring new consulting opportunities, build a pipeline and roadmap
Partnership:
  • Develop value propositions for multiple partner channels and the appropriate support and sales tools to ensure engagement and high levels of activity
  • Cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships with key decision-makers in partner organizations to secure new business
Must-have:
  • 8+ years of experience in the IT industry (software development, consulting, team leading, director, management), where 3+ years experience working in IT industry sales
  • Experience in prospect identification, client development, proposal generation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding account team expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and retain consultants
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills in both Swedish and English
  • Demonstrated ability to function in dynamic environments, whether leading or following
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
