Sales Development Representative

Tasks:
  • Develop and implement a structured prospecting plan to reach potential clients
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation and follow-ups
  • Manage your time efficiently to balance outreach efforts, client meetings, and administrative tasks
  • Utilize tools and systems to track and organize leads, interactions, and progress
  • Regularly review and analyze your performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, align strategies, and coordinate efforts
  • Regularly reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in relationship-building and sales success
  • Collaborating with the management team to share insights, align strategies, and coordinate efforts aimed at building trust and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and relationship-building strategies to continually enhance your sales approach and foster trust with clients
Must-have:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and sales methodologies to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other departments
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and strengthen relationships
  • Proficient Swedish and English language skills
